At Nomllers, each item is handpicked, carefully inspected, and packed with love. Here’s how we handle shipping:

🕒 Order Processing Time:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
  • We make sure your thrifted finds are ready for their new journey as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping Details:

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within India only.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking Info: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your order.

💬 Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • If there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at radhikasharma@nomllers.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • A short description of the issue

If your claim is approved:

  • We will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the error is on our end.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect sizing — please check product measurements carefully before purchasing
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor flaws or wear consistent with pre-loved items (each item is sold as-is and described honestly)
